Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are between Varuni Systems Pvt Ltd and the organisation that creates a workspace. By signing up you confirm you are authorised to accept them on that organisation's behalf.

Trials

New workspaces get a free trial, currently 30 days, with no card required. When it ends the workspace is locked until a subscription starts. Locking removes access, not data — everything stays exactly as it was and becomes available again as soon as the account is active.

Fees

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of taxes, including[CONFIRM: GST treatment and rate; whether prices are inclusive for Indian customers]. Fees are billed[CONFIRM: billing cycle and when payment is due]and are[CONFIRM: refundable or not, and on what terms]

Your data

Your data is yours. You may export it at any time while your subscription is active. We process candidate records only to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

Keep credentials secure, and remove staff logins when people leave.
Ensure you have the right to hold the candidate information you enter.
Do not use the service unlawfully, or attempt to reach another customer's data.

Certificates and regulatory returns

The service formats returns and produces certificates from the data you enter. Accuracy of that data, approval to run the courses, and compliance with your regulator remain yours. We do not warrant that a submission will be accepted by any authority.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and take regular backups.[CONFIRM: whether you commit to an uptime figure — do not state one you cannot measure and honour]

Suspension and termination

We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, or for use that breaks these terms. You may cancel at any time; the workspace stays usable to the end of the paid period. After cancellation, data is kept and then removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law
